How do I buy online credits?
  1. You need to log in with your username and password on any of our online sites.
  2. Click the "Company Dashboard" button at the top right of the page once logged in.
  3. Click the blue link that says "Purchase units" towards the top right side of the page.
  4. Choose the course you want to buy by selecting the quantity required then adding to the cart by clicking the "add units to cart" button.
  5. The minimum number you can buy is 5 of any one course.
  6. Select other credits that you want.
  7. When you have finished selecting, go to the bottom and click the "proceed to checkout" button.
  8. This will take you to the payment gateway with PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or select to pay without a PayPal account.
  9. Once you fill in your details, you will be taken back to our site where you need to confirm the order.
  10. Your credits are then added to your account

How do I add employees to the dashboard so they can complete the course at and charged to me?

  1. You need to log in with your username and password on any of our online sites.
  2. Click the "Company Dashboard" button at the top right of the page once logged in.
  3. Click the "Add Employee" logo at the top right of the page.
  4. Add their first and surname. This is what will appear on the certificate, so make sure you spell it correctly. You can always change this by clicking the pencil next to their name.
  5. Enter the email of the student. This is very important, as they will not be able to download the manual or receive the weekly emails and reminders without an email. Do not just enter the same email for all students (such as the email of the person who booked the course) if you are teaching onsite, as the person will end up getting duplicate emails for everyone on a course. You can always add and amend details once you have full details after the course.
  6. Confirm if you want them to receive a welcome email (advised) and what course this email is to be from.
  7. Create a username. This is usually their first and surname as all one word.
  8. Create a password. Usually 12345 until they log in and change it.
  9. If the student is doing the course now, then you just click the "register student" button. But if you want their online course to start from the expiry of an existing certificate, then select the "remind me when my certification expires" and then enter the date. Then click the "register student" button

How do I manage my employees?

  1. You need to log in with your username and password on any of our online sites.
  2. Click the "Company Dashboard" button at the top right of the page once logged in
  3. Click the "Employee list" logo at the top of the page.
  4. You can delete employees by clicking the red cross next to their name.
  5. You can print the certificate by clicking the blue word "print" to the right of the course you want to print.
  6. You can see when they have completed the course and the renewal date.

How do I see my employees' certifications?

  1. You need to log in with your username and password on any of our online courses.
  2. Click the "Company Dashboard" button at the top right of the page once logged in.
  3. Click the "Certifications" logo at the top of the page.
  4. From here, you can export the data to a spreadsheet file.
  5. You can se who has done what and print certifications.

How do I see what I have paid?

  1. You need to log in with your username and password on any of our online courses.
  2. Click the "Company Dashboard" button at the top right of the page once logged in.
  3. Click the "Employee payments" logo at the top.
  4. From here, you can see what courses have been used by your employees.
  5. You can also export the data to a spreadsheet file.

Can you manage all my company's trainings nationally?

Yes, we can appoint an account manager to you company and we can arrange all your training using our approved instructors nationally. We can arrange training at your workplace or in one of our instructors training rooms across the UK and Eire.
